By accessing or using AutoFeedback (auto-feedback.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. About the Platform

AutoFeedback is a personal side project — an independent platform built and maintained by a single developer. It enables users to:

• Read car reviews submitted by other users
• Submit reviews of vehicles they have owned or currently own
• Search for car brands and models available in the European market
• Rate vehicles across multiple criteria (reliability, comfort, performance, etc.)

The service is targeted at European users and focuses on vehicles available in the European market.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To submit reviews, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Please get in touch immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

3.3 Age Requirement

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account on AutoFeedback, in compliance with EU data protection regulations (GDPR).

4. User Content — Review Guidelines

By submitting a review, you confirm that:

• The review is based on your genuine, personal experience with the vehicle
• You have actually owned or used the vehicle you are reviewing
• The content is truthful, accurate, and not misleading
• You are not affiliated with the manufacturer, dealer, or competitor in a way that creates a conflict of interest
• The review does not contain defamatory, offensive, or discriminatory content
• The review does not contain personal data of third parties without their consent
• The review does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights

4.1 Prohibited Content

You may not submit content that:

• Is spam, fake, or artificially generated
• Contains hate speech, harassment, or threats
• Promotes illegal activities
• Contains advertising or promotional material
• Violates any applicable law or regulation

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of reviews you submit. However, by submitting content, you grant AutoFeedback a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content on the platform and in related promotional materials.

5.2 Platform Content

All other content on AutoFeedback — including the platform design, software, logos, and vehicle data — is owned by or licenced to AutoFeedback and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute this content without express written permission.

6. Moderation and Removal

I reserve the right to review, edit, or remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise inappropriate. I am not able to monitor all content continuously, but I will act on reports of violations.

7. Advertising

AutoFeedback displays advertisements provided by Google AdSense. These ads help cover the costs of running the platform. Advertisement content is controlled by Google and may be personalised based on your browsing behaviour. I am not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

8.1 Accuracy of Reviews

Reviews reflect the personal opinions of individual users. AutoFeedback does not verify the accuracy of reviews and accepts no liability for decisions made based on user-submitted content. Always conduct your own research before purchasing a vehicle.

8.2 Service Availability

I do my best to keep the platform running smoothly, but I cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoFeedback shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable EU consumer law.

9. Termination

You may request account deletion at any time by contacting me. I reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Upon termination, your reviews may remain on the platform in anonymised form unless you specifically request their deletion.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith communication. EU residents also have the right to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
